Batash Endoscopic Weight Loss (BEWL) : Patient Consultant Opportunity
Position Overview :
We are looking for a driven empathetic and performance-oriented Patient Consultant to join our fast-growing mission-driven team at Batash Endoscopic Weight Loss (BEWL) the #1 provider of endobariatric weight loss procedures in the U.S.
In this role youll guide prospective patients through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives : taking control of their health through minimally invasive weight loss solutions. Youll engage with qualified leads by phone text and email to sell them on our procedures answer key questions and collect deposits to secure their treatment.
Weekly goals for this role are :
- Call 100-120 qualified leads per week and attain a 45-50% pickup rate (follow-up calls sometimes needed)
- Hold 50-60 initial consult calls per week (10-15 minutes each)
- Convert 20-25% of scheduled consults into procedures
- Collect 10-20 patient deposits per week
- Follow up consistently with outstanding leads to drive long-term conversions
This role comes with high earning potential. We offer a base salary of $80K and target an additional $120K in commission (based on 3% of gross revenue sold and 35 procedures sold a month) for a total compensation target of $200K annually.
Most of our Patient Consultant team works standard hours of 9am-7pm ET with some variation. We offer significant flexibility on hours for high performers. Run a proactive best-in-class consultative sales process from initial outreach to deposit through calls texts and emailsBuild trust and rapport with patients addressing questions and easing concernsProactively schedule and hold follow-up calls to discuss financing confirm deposits or re-engage patients; answer and / or triage all questions from potential patientsProvide helpful persuasive information to support & drive each patients decision-making process improve patient experience and minimize cancellationsCollect deposits confirm procedure scheduling and support handling of financing and medical paperwork (over a 2-6 week period)Record detailed notes in the CRM to support seamless follow-up and patient careCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth pre-procedure workflowsQualifications :
Fluent in EnglishAble to easily manage 35 new leads per week and a book of up to 70-100 active prospective patientsComfortable and available to handle urgent calls and deposits during evening hours (up to 9 pm ET) and over the weekendHighly self-motivated organized and capable of working independently (e.g. holding calls with no support dealing with unexpected or challenging patient questions etc.)Consistently strive to deliver on & exceed targets even if it requires working beyond standard hoursStrong attention to detail as details can be criticalPreferred :
