Qualifications : Board certified / eligible in internal medicine or family medicine with inpatient experience. Procedural skills are preferred, but at a minimum. Open to J1 visa candidates; Sound provides in-house visa specialists. Practice in the Heart of the Community Scheduling : Shifts for the day position are scheduled from 07 : 00 AM to 07 : 00 PM. Part-time positions are 7 day shifts per month. Full-time : Enjoy a consistent 7-on, 7-off schedule, offering built-in time to recharge. Key Responsibilities : Day rounding includes Rapid Response and Code Blues. Night coverage is provided by Telemed MD. Oakdale is known as the Cowboy Capital of the World and attracts visitors from all over annually This area's attractions include Woodward Reservoir, Cowboy Museum, Orange Blossom Recreation Area, and Greger Basin The natural beauty of Oakdale is unbeatable! The Stanislaus River and the Sierra Nevada foothills are close by. Also, this area is considered the gateway to Yosemite National Park, Dodge Ski Resort, and Stanislaus National Forest. We have excellent schools and a strong, close-knit, safe community. This is also near two major cities - Modesto and Stockton. Part-time comp is $168k depending on the number of shifts worked. Quality bonus and productivity bonus eligibility are in addition to base compensation.
