The Director, Talent and VIP Relations will oversee the recruitment, management, and activation of high-profile individuals across the Enhanced ecosystem, including performers, hosts, creators, and brand ambassadors.
This leader will oversee end-to-end guest-list strategy and VIP execution for the Enhanced Games. They will curate the guest list to maximize cultural and media impact, execute invites, and ensure a seamless experience for VIP guests in the lead up to and on site at the Games.
The role is central to driving Enhanced’s talent strategy and cultural impact through the thoughtful curation and execution of partnerships with individuals who embody and promote the mission of Enhanced. This leader will ensure every talent engagement, from red-carpet appearances and live events to content productions and ambassador programs, reinforces the brand’s excellence, credibility, and cultural resonance.
What You’ll Do :
Develop and execute strategy for celebrity, creator, and influencer engagement across the Enhanced ecosystem.
Oversee relationships with talent representatives, creators, and public figures, ensuring smooth communication and brand alignment.
Lead VIP and guestlist strategy for the Games, including performers, hosts, and high-profile attendees.
Partner with the Brand and DTC teams to build ongoing ambassador programs and influencer initiatives.
Negotiate and oversee execution of all talent deliverables, ensuring excellence and alignment with brand values.
Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to integrate talent into DTC and sponsorship activations.
Support the production and creative teams on content development involving talent (e.g., docuseries, behind-the-scenes, digital content).
Coordinate with the Broadcast and Distribution teams to align celebrity and creator integrations with overall distribution plans.
Lead communications with PR and publicists to coordinate announcements, press moments, and talent media opportunities.
Maintain trackers for ongoing talent conversations, negotiations, and performance metrics.
Build systems to manage high-volume talent outreach and ensure quality representation across verticals.
Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams on all things celebrity, creator, and guest engagement.
Who You Are :
7+ years of experience in talent relations, celebrity partnerships, VIP relations or entertainment PR, preferably with major consumer brands, talent agencies, sports organizations, or live events.
Deep understanding of the talent representation landscape (agents, managers, publicists) and strong existing network.
Proven experience structuring and negotiating talent and influencer deals.
Demonstrated success leading creator or celebrity campaigns for brand or live event launches.
Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously.
Highly collaborative, with a balance of creative intuition and business rigor.
Strong written and verbal communicator, proactive and precise under pressure.
High integrity, strong judgment, and a deep interest in contributing to meaningful, ambitious work.
