Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient, Primary Care

A reputable, growing ambulatory health network is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient team. This is a full-time, clinic-based role providing outpatient-only care with no hospital rounding and no after-hours call responsibilities. Physicians are supported by a robust administrative and clinical care team and enjoy the autonomy to practice high-quality, relationship-based primary care.

• Outpatient Only - no inpatient rounding

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Conduct annual physicals, preventive visits, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, and ancillary services
• Engage in population health initiatives and community-centered programs
• Practice in a primary location with occasional coverage at nearby network sites

Schedule & Workload

• Monday-Friday, Days
• 1 Saturday shift per month (with a weekday off that week)
• 2 evening shifts per month
• No after-hours call
• No inpatient responsibilities

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active NY medical license (IMLC accepted)
• ACLS certification
• Strong interest in outpatient, community-based primary care
