Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, complaints, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
