Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the technical and operational execution of partner onboardings and expansions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and scope implementation complexity for new partner deals

Manage end-to-end technical setup for partner onboardings, including system integrations and property configurations

Ensure operational readiness and monitor adoption post-launch while managing multiple implementations simultaneously

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in B2B implementation, onboarding, or technical project management, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or fintech

Familiarity with property management systems or similar enterprise integrations

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines

Experience working with external stakeholders at various seniority levels

Comfort with AI and automation tools in a professional setting
