Candidates must have experience as an OR Circulator and CST / FA.

Description :

The unit has 8 staffed operating rooms and a total of 46 staff members.

Staff includes Day Shift Manager, CNC / Boardrunner, OR Circulators, CST / FA, Unit Secretary, Surgical Services Tech, and Anesthesia Techs.

Evening shift consists of CNC, OR Circulator, CST / FA, Anesthesia Tech, and SST.

Night shift is on-call only for RN, CST / FA, and Anesthesia Tech.

Patient ratios are 1 : 1.

The unit performs all surgical service lines excluding transplant surgery, utilizing Meditech as the EMR system.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of OR experience and possess a robotic skill set.

Common procedures performed include CV, Urology, General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics, Vascular, Robotics, ENT, and Minimal Neurosurgery.

Candidates should have a positive outlook to align with the culture of safety.

Dress code requires ceil blue scrubs, which will be provided.

Minimal weekend and on-call duties rotate, generally for one shift from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Unit policies and guidelines are available and will be reviewed during the onboarding process.
