Minimal Inpatient Responsibilities : This is primarily an outpatient role with minimal inpatient admissions, with hospitalists serving as attending physicians. Predictable Schedule with Call : Enjoy a predictable schedule with call coverage from home. The call percentage is very low, with a focus on managing your own established patients.
