Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end recruitment across technology, professional services, and operational roles

Deliver talent solutions across various engagement models including direct placement and contract arrangements

Adhere to the recruitment methodology while maintaining process discipline

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in relevant fields

Strong understanding of various talent consulting models and recruitment lifecycle processes

Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Willingness to learn new technologies and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
