POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Director will lead the strategic direction, management, and execution of the companys IT initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing long-term technology planning with the day-to-day operational needs of the organization. The IT Director will oversee all technology infrastructure, applications, and support services, aligning IT with business goals and security standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the IT team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Manage IT strategy, projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable technology systems.
- Collaborate with business units to implement solutions that improve operations.
