A company is looking for a Premium Ticketing Coordinator to manage premium ticketing operations and ensure exceptional service for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ticketing for premium seating, suites, and VIP areas

Process ticket sales and manage accounts using Ticketmaster systems

Provide event-day support and contribute to enhancing guest experience

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in ticketing, event, or venue management preferred

Working knowledge of ticketing software, particularly Ticketmaster systems

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays
