[job_card.job_description]checking vehicles for damage, making sure the vehicle is clean inside and out maintain fuel levels Handle customers questions or complaints and work to resolve any issues In time of need, may be required to assist with preparing vehicles for the customers while maintaining customer service standards. Perform pickup and drop off service for customers. Perform other work related tasks required by management. 1-2 years’ experience in Car Rental or Car Leasing industry is preferred but not required. Sales / Customer Service experience of other industry is also welcome. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers. Good organizational skills. Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression to customers. Ability to recognize the opportunity to present upgrades to customers Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best loaner car experience
- Maintain records of loaner fleet to insure accuracy of available units
- Provide assistance creating a loaner agreements, processing loaners and providing clean and safe vehicles to our customers.
- Work closely with the service department to schedule and maintain schedule of available vehicles
