About the Role :

Join Voda Cleaning & Restoration as a Cleaning & Restoration Sales Representative, where you will play a vital role in helping clients restore their homes and businesses to pristine condition. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, this position offers a dynamic work environment where your sales skills can truly shine. Sales role is a high commission-based role with a low base salary.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial cleaning and commercial & residential restoration industry.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (property manager, realtors, insurance brokers etc.) and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with President to prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning and / or restoration industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for Client prospects.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
