About the Opportunity :

Our client, a rapidly growing logistics and transportation company, is seeking an experienced Logistics Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and strengthen client relationships across the Pacific Northwest. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing tailored logistics solutions to diverse customers.

As a Logistics Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, negotiating freight contracts, and managing long-term customer partnerships. This position offers significant earning potential and growth within a supportive and entrepreneurial organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing logistics clients through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Identify customer transportation needs and create customized freight solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with shippers and carriers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments and exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize business opportunities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
