Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and administer corporate matters for the Legal office, including for all subsidiaries

Manage, negotiate, and draft agreements with clients and assist the Sales team with legal strategies

Review and advise on employment matters, marketing agreements, and technology procurement issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in legal practice

Degree in Law from a top-tier University; post-graduate studies are an asset

Experience with contract negotiation and risk mitigation strategies in a SaaS model

Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

Experience working in tech or SaaS companies
