A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer who will assist in deploying, implementing, upgrading, and optimizing the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-sales technical support, configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
Handle support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups
Diagnose technical issues using fault isolation and root cause analysis skills
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in a support organization
Strong technical experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python
Familiarity with HSM and KMS in cloud environments
Understanding of various crypto interfaces and KMS interfaces
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
