We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in guiding families through insurance decisions, identifying opportunities to improve protection, and playing a key role in the continued growth of our agency. While customer service is important, this position is primarily a sales-driven role focused on building relationships and expanding our client base.

What Youll Do

• Impress clients with exceptional serviceboth in-person and by phone
• Listen attentively to clients needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication
• Proactively contact existing clients to review policies and uncover opportunities for additional coverage
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What Were Looking For

• Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire (cost to obtain a new license is reimbursable)
• Customer service and/or sales experience helpful, but not required
• Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently
• Strong follow-through, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems
