Requirements :

• We are looking for a candidate with proven proficiency in data analysis techniques, including SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and various analytics tools. You should possess extensive knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend and scripting languages, specifically Bash (Unix shell), is essential. Additionally, your experience should encompass database design, business analysis, project management frameworks (Agile), SDLC processes, and linked data concepts. We expect you to demonstrate excellent skills in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights. Strong problem-solving abilities paired with meticulous attention to detail are vital, along with the capacity to work either autonomously or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with VBA programming, Visio diagramming, and analysis capabilities with Looker or Power BI platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will develop and maintain engaging dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize crucial metrics and trends. Your tasks will involve performing thorough data analysis through SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for consideration. You will design and optimize databases, demonstrating expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to ensure data integrity and performance. Implementing ETL processes using technologies such as Talend and Bash (Unix shell) will be a key aspect of your duties, allowing you to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources. Furthermore, collaboration with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and efficiently deliver solutions will be essential. You will also support project management efforts by applying SDLC principles to guarantee timely completion of analytics projects. Engaging in business analysis to comprehend stakeholder needs and translating them into technical specifications will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in developing linked data strategies to improve data connectivity across platforms, utilize VBA and Visio for process automation and workflow visualization as necessary, and maintain documentation of data models, workflows, and project specifications for transparency and future reference.
