Description :

The staff accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform general accounting and other related duties for the organization.
• Ability to process Accounts Payable invoices, review statements and provide customer service to vendors and internal customers.
• Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
• Assist in period end close process.
• Process payroll, verify documentation and reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger.
• Maintain documentation and financial records
• Manage company mailbox
