Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients and experts to build and maintain training domains

Develop automation tools and troubleshoot live issues for training efficiency

Manage project implementations and lead the training domain team to achieve targets

Required Qualifications

Experience with Cerner training and implementation

Technical programming skills related to training domain management

Ability to manage client conversions and project roadblocks

Experience leading and directing teams in a training environment

Familiarity with influencing stakeholder groups and policy acceptance
