If you’re stuck reviewing files with little strategy input or buried in volume-driven work, this role will feel like a reset.

My client is growing its insurance coverage practice and is seeking an attorney who can advise carriers and insureds on complex coverage issues across CGL, property, professional liability, construction defect, and specialty lines. You’ll handle coverage opinions, reservations of rights, declaratory actions, and related litigation—with the room to develop your own approach rather than being micromanaged by layers of partners.

This is a practice where your analysis actually shapes outcomes, and where you’ll work directly with adjusters, risk managers, and corporate clients who value clear, business-oriented guidance.

Ideal Fit :

• 3–10 years of insurance coverage experience (litigation or coverage analysis)
• Strong research, writing, and policy-interpretation skills
• Ability to manage files independently and communicate with sophisticated clients
• Interest in a balanced caseload and a long-term home
• Open to contributing to both advisory and litigation matters
