Corporate Internal Communications Executive Director
The Corporate Internal Communications Executive Director role leads internal communications for two corporate functions : Internal Audit and Compliance, Conduct & Operational Risk (CCOR). Those teams play essential roles in keeping JPMorganChase strong and resilient, providing independent challenge and insight that help the firm navigate a complex global regulatory environment; maintain a strong control environment; and grow in a responsible manner.
As a Corporate Internal Communications Executive Director within Corporate Communications you will work with the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Compliance and Operational Risk Officer and their management teams to help their employees understand how their work makes a difference for shareholders, customers, clients and communities and amplify those narratives for their internal stakeholders. You will also partner with Human Resources and various employee councils to enhance our inclusive, collaborative culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to the firm's senior leaders and other communications managers about how to reinforce the firm's culture and keep employees informed about the firm's priorities and progress. You will deliver exceptional value for shareholders, protecting and advancing the reputation of the firm and inspiring others to succeed in the fast-paced, high expectations environment of one of the worlds leading financial institutions.
