Restoration Project Manager Water, Fire & Mold

Location : Worcester, MA

ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning, a trusted name in restoration services for over 20 years, is seeking an experienced and driven Restoration Project Manager to oversee water, fire, and mold remediation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a background in restoration or a related industry and a passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess damage and determine proper remediation approach
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters
  • Obtain approval on job scopes and budgets
  • Provide job direction and oversight to technicians and subcontractors
  • Ensure all documentation is timely and accurate in the project management system
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot as needed
  • Assist with onboarding and continuous staff training
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (flexibility required)

    • What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in restoration or construction
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiar with using mobile devices and project management software
  • Experience with Xactimate is a plus
  • IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
