We’re known for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming team culture—and we’re looking for a Kitchen Preparation Team Member to join our back-of-house family.

Position Overview

As a Kitchen Prep Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll support our chefs by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring consistency and quality in every dish that leaves the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients according to recipes and prep lists

Assist with basic cooking and plating as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep and kitchen area

Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards

Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients (FIFO)

Communicate clearly with chefs and kitchen staff to support service flow

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Passion for food and pride in your work
