Workday HR Analyst

As a Workday HR Analyst, you will join CAI's Workday Solution team to support and optimize Workday systems for HR functionality. You will provide end-user support, create detailed reports, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to the implementation of new Workday features.
We are looking for a motivated Workday HR Analyst to design and develop tailored Workday reports to support business needs and decision-making processes. Working hours must overlap for at least 4 hours between 8 : 00AM and 3 : 00PM Eastern Time. This position will be full-time and remote.
What You'll Do
- Provide end-user support for Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation, and Absence, by addressing tickets and resolving issues effectively and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner, ensuring proper escalation or redirection of issues as needed
- Design and develop tailored Workday reports to support business needs and decision-making processes
- Configure, test, and implement system enhancements, fixes, and updates while ensuring thorough testing and validation across all modules and functional teams
- Conduct research into new Workday features and functionality during bi-annual and weekly release cycles; assess their impact and provide recommendations for adoption to optimize system usage
- Participate in Workday system upgrades to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to users
- Actively engage with the Workday Community, customer groups, and networking events to stay current on industry best practices and leverage insights for continuous improvement
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, reports, system configurations, and applications developed within Workday
