Schedule : Full-time | Monday–Friday, Day Shift | 80 hours per two-week pay period

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 5 years HR experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Certification in one of the following is preferred :

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Partner, you’ll take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles stystemwide. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to identify top talent, promote our employer brand, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience from start to finish.

Your core responsibilities will include :

Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates aligned with Mercyhealth’s mission and culture

Building strong partnerships with leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce goals

Representing Mercyhealth with professionalism, integrity, and a people-first mindset

Contributing to initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and workforce development
