What you will do:

• Proficient in Trimble Business Center
• Draft construction As-builts, basic plan sheets and other deliverables as needed
• Anility to read and understand construction plans and technical documents and have a strong understanding of design software packages
• Work independently to build accurate grading models based off on engineering plans ensuring design intent
• Experience with 3D design preferred
• Perform design calculations, quantity, and cost estimates and alignment and profile design

What You Will Bring:

• Associate degree in civil engineering, drafting, or a similar degree, or a combination of a high school diploma or equivalent, and 3-5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and make necessary assumptions maintaining design intent to create accurate grading and stakeout models
• Ability to listen to and understand contractor needs and ability in software to complete assigned tasks
• Ability to learn new software as dictated by project requirements and your team leaders
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic will allow you to excel in this position
• Construction and or Survey Field Experience
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to work in the posted locations
• Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment, occasional travel or field visits may be required to support
