PagerDuty is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our talented, customer-focused People Operations team! This role is tailored for an emerging HR professional eager to broaden their expertise in processes that bolster the entire employee lifecycle. It involves direct engagement with Dutonians globally to deliver outstanding experiences, collaboration across the People Team and various internal departments, and active participation in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing processes and elevating the employee experience.

• Respond to employee queries and resolve issues
• Coordinate global onboarding activities
• Maintain Workday data accuracy
• Drive process improvement and documentation
• Support People team programs and projects

The base salary range for this position is 60,000 - 100,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and / or benefits. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills / competencies and experience.
