Job Title : Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist)

Location : Central Pennsylvania

We are a thriving, privately owned pediatric dental practice committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children in a supportive and engaging environment. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist) who is passionate about working with children, values teamwork, and is ready to step into a full patient schedule from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including diagnostics, preventive care, restorative treatment, and minor surgical procedures
  • Create a calm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and parents
  • Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and staff to deliver clear treatment plans and oral hygiene education
  • Collaborate with a team of dental professionals, including EFDAs, general dentists, and oral surgeons
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold compliance with clinical and ethical standards
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and exceptional patient service

What You Bring

  • DDS / DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
  • Current state dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, efficient, high-quality care
