HRIC MD Inc., a leader in construction and project-based services, is looking for a Construction Senior Accountant to join our growing team. If you are a strong job cost accountant and want to expand your experience, thrive in a fast-paced (in-office) environment and want your work to make a visible impact, this role is for you. This position is working full time in our Columbia office.

What You’ll Do

• Process job cost entries, accounts payable & receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Make subcontractor payments, Create lien waivers, and reporting compliance.
• Lead monthly billing cycles (including AIA formats) and support collections.
• Support GL entries, and month-end close.
• Maintain audit-ready financials and ensure timely reporting.
• Partner with project managers, vendors, and the CFO to drive financial accuracy.
• Recommend process improvements as we grow the company
