eNGINE is hiring a Solutions Consultant to join a growing technology company in the financial software space. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who also enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and contributing to overall business strategy. As the Solutions Consultant, youll work directly with executive leadership and play a critical role in shaping the companys sales operations, partnership growth, and product direction. Youll use your accounting background to deliver impactful product demos, support customer needs, and provide valuable insights internally. This position is hybrid and requires the ideal candidate to be on-site 2 days a week in Pittsburgh.

What Youll Do :

• Business Development : Manage inbound leads and conduct meetings with prospective partners and key decision-makers. Youll also attend networking events to strengthen the companys presence in the regional business community.
• Client Solutions & Demos : Utilize your accounting expertise to deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate functional value to prospective customers.
• Partnerships : Support existing relationships with accounting firms while helping cultivate new strategic partnerships.
• Product Collaboration : Provide strategic feedback to engineering and customer success teams to help enhance the user experience and influence product roadmap priorities.
