We are seeking a Locum Tenens Associate Medical Director OB / GYN in Texas.

Locum Tenens Associate Medical Director OB / GYN

Position Type : Locum Tenens

Specialty : Physician - OB / GYN

Location : Texas

Rate : Open & Negotiable

Shift : Days Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Start Date : 01 / 05 / 2026

End Date : 13-week assignment (Locum to Perm)

Position Details : Patient Population :

Setting : Managed Care / Utilization Management

Responsibilities : Clinical oversight, prior authorization reviews, peer-to-peer reviews, utilization management, quality management, provider performance review, policy development, pharmacy benefit coordination, fraud / waste / abuse oversight, committee participation, managed care leadership

Required Procedures :

Support Staff :

Days Per Month :

On-Call / Weekends : None

Submission Requirements :

  • Board Certification in OB / GYN Required
  • Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain) Required
  • Managed Care & Prior Authorization Experience Required
  • Clean Malpractice & License History Highly Preferred
