Oh, and you’ll be getting paid weekly to learn the ropes of management, mentoring, and (especially) not panicking.

What keeps an Entry Level Assistant Managers busy :

Lead customer-facing sales efforts for Lumen’s telecom services.

Train and mentor new team members in product knowledge and sales techniques.

Sell internet and telecom packages with confidence and clarity.

Monitor team performance and provide feedback (without crying).

Assist in scheduling, reporting, and daily operations.

Collaborate with upper management to meet sales targets.

Handle customer escalations with grace and great humor.

Keep the team motivated—even when the coffee machine breaks.

Every Entry Level Assistant Manager should have the following :

Strong leadership potential and people skills.

Sales experience or a willingness to learn fast.

Ability to multitask without combusting.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

A sense of humor and a dash of dark realism.

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
