YOUR ROLE :
Engage in a comprehensive program to develop your ability to provide holistic financial advice to clients, featuring interactive classroom discussions and goal-setting sessions.Gain direct sales experience marketing Individual Insurance products and pass a sales process competency test.Hone your prospecting skills through research, networking, and effective communication, utilizing personal networks, community events, and social media.Deepen your knowledge of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and benefits.Ensure seamless completion of content and paperwork throughout the application and underwriting process.REQUIREMENTS :
Successfully complete all trainee program requirements to gain essential skills and knowledge.Obtain required insurance licenses before starting the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.Pass the CRD / FINRA background check at hire and continue compliance; securities licensing is required within 24 months of entering the program.Demonstrate high self-motivation and results-oriented focus, working both independently and collaboratively.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, with a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion; value different perspectives and remain open to learning in all interactions.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
