The Meeting Spot is a vibrant restaurant and bar near SoFi Stadium and Cosm, known for delicious food, craft cocktails, and a fun atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **Shift Leader** to join our management team.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams during assigned shifts
* Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards
* Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
* Handle guest concerns with professionalism and solutions-focused attitude
* Manage shift tasks such as opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Prior restaurant supervisory or lead experience required
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
