Field Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY :

This position is responsible for overseeing the industrial cleaning crew and equipment on a plant site. The position is responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely and to the customer's standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience with industrial cleaning equipment and previous supervisory experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain safety standards and requirements at all times for entire crew under supervision
• Perform and supervise others in various tasks such as hydro blasting, chemical cleaning, vacuum truck operation, and tank cleaning
• Operate extremely high pressured water blast equipment to clean heavy industrial equipment (pipe, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, bundles, etc)
• Work in diverse environments such as confined spaces, various heights, and storage tanks
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions extreme heat, cold, dry or wet environment
• Load hoses, chemicals and other equipment required for assigned job onto truck.
• Hook up and break down hoses using proper tools.
• Assist in the operation of equipment or power tools.
• Clean up work area and equipment after work is completed.
• Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps and general work area
• Read works orders and collects all basic equipment to perform tasks
• Complete all appropriate paperwork including services receipts.
• Additional duties as assigned
