Key Responsibilities
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for storage hardware and software products
Monitor storage environments remotely and manage open tickets, ensuring timely updates to customers
Develop customized solutions for customers and maintain positive relationships post-sale
Required Qualifications
BS in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
In-depth technical knowledge and problem analysis skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Preferred 4+ years of experience in technical support for storage or enterprise-level infrastructure products
Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows
