Executive Assistant
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support senior leadership for a client of ours in Denver, Colorado. This contract position offers an opportunity to excel in administrative responsibilities while maintaining discretion and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage sensitive information confidently.
Responsibilities :
- Manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, while resolving scheduling conflicts effectively.
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth logistics and preparing comprehensive itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for executive meetings, attend sessions, and document minutes with actionable follow-ups.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information, adhering to strict data security protocols.
- Provide project support by collaborating with departments and stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring executives have the resources needed for efficiency and productivity.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executives.
- Monitor and process expense reports accurately, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior-level or C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.
- Proficiency with office software tools, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.
- Adept at solving problems proactively and anticipating the needs of executives.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
