Risk Governance Senior Manager

This position offers visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence risk culture while building expertise in enterprise frameworks.
As a Risk Governance Senior Manager, you will be a key contributor to Citizens' risk policy and governance structure. You will collaborate on governance-related activities for executive and board-level risk committees, manage policy lifecycle processes, and partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and internal standards. In addition, you will provide project and business support for the Risk Division, helping drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who wants to deepen their governance expertise and interface with senior and executive leadership.
This position provides high visibility and collaboration with leadership across the enterprise. You will influence decision-making in support of the Enterprise Risk Management Governance Framework, support Board and Management-level Risk Committees, and guide stakeholders in applying risk governance standards effectively. Administrative elements of the role include documentation review, collaboration with policy owners and committee documentation furnishers on exhibit refinement, and recordkeeping.

Hours & Work Schedule
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
