SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

The CIP / Loadout Operator will CIP (clean in place) all cream silos, fill lines and loadout lines. The CIP / Loadout Operator will perform aseptic loading of cream and condensed skim tankers. The CIP / Loadout Operator will perform accurate computer data entry for all cream and condensed skim loads into the AS400 system. The CIP / Loadout Operator will organize and direct all cream and condensed skim load outs.

QUALIFICATIONS : Skills & Abilities :

• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP).
• Ability to operate equipment.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Requires the ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend and carryout verbal and written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
