Medical Imaging Field Engineer - GE/Hologic Mammography

Locations: Clifton Park, Cohoes, East Syracuse, Monroe, New Windsor, Poughkeepsie, Staten Island, Syracuse, Wappingers Falls, NY

• Lead service, maintenance, and repair of GE and Hologic Mammography systems, ensuring the highest standards of performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) according to OEM specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic issues on Mammography equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with team members while operating independently in the field.
• Travel regularly to customer sites throughout the Northeast.

• Strong hands-on experience servicing GE and Hologic Mammography equipment (minimum 2+ years).
• Associate’s degree, OEM Radiology, Electrical, or Technology training preferred.
• Proficient with computer tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Experience with other imaging modalities (Ultrasound, MRI, CT, X-ray) and OEM brands such as GE and Hologic.
• Customer-focused service experience in a healthcare environment.
