A company is looking for a Training Associate to provide learning and development support to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs and develop plans to address them in collaboration with management
Update and organize training materials and deliver training sessions in various formats
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements as necessary
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree with a focus on adult learning principles preferred
1 to 2 years of training experience
Knowledge of insurance, investment products, and / or banking preferred
