Your Role as a BCBA – Clinical Supervisor
As a BCBA at OBH, you will be a trusted clinical leader delivering high-quality services to families affected by ASD and other behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and manage individualized treatment plansSupervise and mentor RBTs / BTs delivering 1 : 1 ABA therapyConduct functional behavior assessments and update goals as neededLead monthly parent / caregiver training sessionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary providers to support whole-child careQualifications :
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification through the BACB1–2 years of BCBA experience preferred (new BCBAs encouraged to apply)Passion for serving families and growing within a supportive organization
