Description

• Provides support to the Production Supervisor
• Assists Supervisor with training of new employees
• Assists Supervisor with developing strategies to improve production / reduce downtime
• Ensure employees are maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation and assists with product change overs.
• Ensures employees are accurately completing all quality traceability and production paperwork.
• Utilizes Digital Production System (Redzone) to track downtime perform quality compliance documents and communicate with support functions.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment tools and person. Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and / or any unsafe condition.
• Ensure all employees are following all safety / GMP procedures and policies
• Understand and follow emergency action plan.
• Supports food safety quality and legality.
• Ensures the Department operation is providing food-safe quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Support and comply with GMPs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
