Part-time Recruiter

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Part-time Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines

Manage full-cycle recruiting for various positions, including sourcing and interview coordination

Build and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels to attract candidates

Required Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in Product and Engineering roles

Proven sourcing skills with the ability to engage high-quality passive candidates

Hands-on experience using Greenhouse for recruiting and pipeline management

Solid understanding of technical roles and product development processes

Experience working independently in fast-paced or startup environments
