Move, Add, And Change (Mac) Manager
RTX Enterprise Services team is looking for an experienced Move, Add, And Change (MAC) Manager. Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of office moves across RTX. This role ensures that all MAC activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while minimizing disruption to business operations. The MAC Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to maintain a seamless experience for employees and to align all changes with organizational goals and standards. This position is responsible for building and managing a team of MAC Leads & Coordinators.
Planning and Coordination
Develop and implement RTX process for MAC plans for office moves and manage MAC Coordinators.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Coordinate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure all necessary resources are in place for seamless transitions.
Project Management
Manage multiple MAC projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
Create and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions during MAC activities.
Vendor Management
Work with external vendors, movers, contractors, and suppliers to procure services and materials.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all MAC-related inquiries.
Communicate plans, timelines, and changes to affected employees and leadership.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise during the process.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure all MAC activities comply with company policies, building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
Post-Move Support
Oversee the setup and testing of workspaces, equipment, and systems post-move.
Gather employee feedback to identify and address any issues that may arise after a change.
Qualifications You Must Have :
This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace planning, or an advanced degree in a related field and 5 years of experience.
At least 5 years' experience in managing office and facilities moves, reconfigurations, (MAC) or similar facilities or corporate oriented projects.
At least 5 years' experience and knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM software, or similar tools is a plus.
