    • About the Role

    The company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Finance to become an integral part of their mission-driven, growth-stage organization. This role is pivotal, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities such as operational excellence, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investor communications. The VP of Finance will collaborate closely with the executive team to articulate the company's financial narrative, enhance performance, and guide decisions that create substantial value.

    The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with backgrounds in SaaS, EdTech, or Healthcare. Candidates should be strategic thinkers, technologically inclined, and possess outstanding communication skills. This role demands a leader who can integrate operations with strategy, support growth initiatives, and utilize technology and AI to modernize the finance function. Expertise in corporate strategy, fundraising, M&A, or investor relations is crucial, along with a proven history of building and expanding finance teams that act as strategic business partners. The VP of Finance will also be tasked with nurturing a culture of excellence, ownership, and innovation within the finance organization.
