Idaho Licensed HR Generalist

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist in Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent

Facilitate the onboarding process and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with policies

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with HR compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field or SHRM / PHR certified

2-5 years of experience in an HR-related role

Knowledge of HRIS data integrity and reporting

Experience with employee relations and performance management

Familiarity with legal regulations related to HR functions
