Growthassistant Crm Email Campaign Specialist

Growthassistant is currently looking for a CRM Email Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be ensuring the flawless execution of email marketing and CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee quality assurance processes, technical setups, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver effective and consistent marketing campaigns across all touchpoints. The Role :

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, and promo code campaigns using CRM / ESP platforms.
  • Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and scheduling to support personalized campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product and marketing goals.
  • Ensure flawless QA, testing, and tracking of multi-channel campaign performance.
  • Maintain best practices in customer data usage, compliance, and deliverability.

    • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other email service providers (ESPs).
  • 3+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM platforms, including email testing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promo codes.
  • Proficiency with Iterable (or similar tools), Slack, G-Suite, and various CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo Engage, Klaviyo, Braze, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Intermediate proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Google Sheets, with experience in reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns.
