Job : Full time

Pay : $17.50 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company database.

Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
